Conclusion: China as a Major Nuclear Power and its Effects on the International Political System, will be drastic major change in the structure as well as in the characteristics of the system. However, in the event of Communist China becoming the third major national actor, because of its foreign policy objectives and its relations with other national actors in the system the international system will face many serious stresses.
