Shengzhu Jin,Bong Dae Choi,Doo Seop Eomecedented speed. Development of new, large scale processes for CFC and Halon alternatives has, of necessity, been largely empirical and only now are the fundamental principles beginning to emerge. Understanding these and identifying areas of ignorance are major concerns, since without fundamental knowledge future advances will be haphazard.
