Ultrasonic Relaxation Spectrometry,to as ultrasonic spectrometry. The method has been employed mainly as a tool for studying fast physical and chemical reactions and offers access to the determination of time constants ranging from 10. – 10. sec. for the approach to equilibrium by the reaction in question.
