https://doi.org/10.1007/3-540-32149-7 response to the external forcing in the SCS. This study links the changing ocean with fundamental circulation physics, which validate scientifically the changing evidences and provide a solid theoretical foundation to foresee the future changing trend.

Changes in Temperature, Chlorophyll Concentration, and Secchi Disk Depth in the Okhotsk Sea from 19 annually. The Secchi disk depth (SDD) slightly increased at 0.018 m/yr. These changes in the SST, chlorophyll concentration and Secchi disk depth lead to reduced oxygen content, and may affect other physical and biological processes as well as carbon sequestration in the Okhotsk Sea.
