Graphical Models for Sparse Data: Graphical Gaussian Models with Vertex and Edge Symmetriess can be applied to problems where the number of variables is substantially larger than the number of samples. This paper outlines the fundamental concepts and ideas behind the models but focuses on model selection. Inference in RCOX models is facilitated by the R package gRc.

Iterative Conditional Fitting for Discrete Chain Graph Models in recursive multivariate regressions with correlated errors. This Markov interpretation of the chain graph is consistent with treating the graph as a path diagram and differs from other interpretations known as the LWF and AMP Markov properties.
