Numerical Simulation of Electromagnetic and Heat Transfer Phenomena in Inductively Heated Riserscontrol volume method. Computed results show that it is possible to prevent premature solidification of the riser even though traditional design criteria are violated. The significance of these findings pertaining to sand and ingot casting systems will be discussed.

Numerical Simulation on Solidification Structure of 30Cr2Ni4MoV Steel Under Different Temperature Grre set to 8.9 × 10. and 4.5 × 10., respectively, then the simulation results are fit to the experimental results. The numerical simulations provides data on the grain morphology and the ratio of the columnar and equaixed areas. The numerical results are useful as the grain structure in heavy ingots can be revealed.
