Bioprospecting of Fungi for Lignin Degradation and Enzyme Production,ccase were described at proteomic and genomic aspects. Moreover, the strategies for increasing laccase production through optimization and genetic engineering were also described. Finally, the key application of laccase in some important biotransformation was elaborated along with other applications of fungal laccases.

Bioprospecting of Fungi to Produce Protease and Amylase,textile and leather industries. The focus of this chapter is on developing and utilizing two key enzymes such as protease and amylase through various methods such as screening, optimization, and use of these enzymes in industrial applications.
