General Theory for Designing Physical Environments Incorporating Spatial and Temporal Factors,ts is proposed. For the purposes of achieving optimal environments for the three stages of human life (body, mind, and personality), we shall discuss design procedures based on a sort of matrix where the mutual influence or independence of each matrix element representing discrete periods and spatial ranks is illustrated.

Studies on Temporal Design for Visual Fields,vement. Acoustic tempo that matches the movement of the camphor leaves is investigated by use of the average .. extracted from the ACF of the image. A condition of the most preferred movement of camphor leaves is thus obtained. In addition, an artistic drawing as an example of spatial design is discussed.
