Neural Mechanism of Mental Imagery in Problem Solvings PPC and LFG was significantly increased in the condition of split. The results suggested that except for the region PPC played a key role for the processing of mental imagery, the association of PPC with other regions, such as FG and PFC would improve the mental imagery during heuristic problem solving.

Unsupervised Classification of Epileptic EEG Signals with Multi Scale K-Means Algorithmrom normal EEGs using six features extracted by the sample entropy technique. The experimental results demonstrate that the MSK-means algorithm achieves 7% higher accuracy with 88% less execution time than that of K-means, and 6% higher accuracy with 97% less execution time than that of the SVM.

Czech Text-to-Sign Speech Synthesizerfound that the HSS used a scene imagery strategy when performing RST. The low-span subjects (LSS) were trained to learn the same strategy that was used by HSS. We observed that the similar brain areas as those in HSS were activated in LSS and their RST scores were improved.
