Brachytherapy APBI: Japanese Experience and Asian Trendrving surgery, cylindrical resection, is especially different in that it leaves no cavity in the breast. The CTV after Asian surgery, therefore, needs special consideration. Consensus on surgical approach and CTV for small breast is still open for discussion.
