Projection: Benders’ Decomposition is incorporated into inbred lines to prevent selfpollination. The hybrid seeds are produced by planting alternate rows of the lines to be intercrossed. Fertility in the plants grown by the farmer is restored by introducing a fertility restoring gene with the pollen parent into the hybrid seed produced on the cytoplasmic male sterile plants.
