Self-Adaptive Discrete Newton Methods for Runge-Kutta Methods,The classical Runge-Kutta method is combined with discrete Newton methods and iterated defect corrections to obtain high order methods based on the asymptotic expansion of the discretization error. A simple step-size strategy and numerical results are given.
