Shoe-Surface Interaction in Tenniss the World, players perform on natural turf, clay, acrylic hardcourts and carpet. Players at all levels have their favoured surface. Whilst hardcourt is the prevalent surface in professional tennis, we see players such as Tim Henman performing above par on the grass of Wimbledon, and Andre Agassi adapting effectively to clay courts.
