,‘Visions of Delight’: Lamia (1820), such scheme could approximate SCOP at the more distant superfamily and fold levels. We partially answer this question in the affirmative, by designing a clustering scheme based on Matt that approximately matches SCOP at the superfamily level. Implications for the debate over the organization of protein fold space are discussed.

An Agglomerate Algorithm for Mining Overlapping and Hierarchical Functional Modules in Protein Inte the yeast core PPI network. Comparing with G-N algorithm, MOMA can identify overlapping modules. Comparing with Cfinder, MOMA can identify hierarchical modules. Distributions of the lowest P-value show that the module set identified by MOMA has the stronger biological significance than those identified by the other two algorithms.
