Modification of Cell Sensitivity to Anticancer Agents by Polyenes,ical modulation, one attempts to expand upon these differences. Since most of the current approaches to cancer chemotherapy are directed primarily at modifying the synthesis or function of DNA or RNA, consequently biochemical modulators have mainly been applied at these loci.
