The new approach is based on the super-resolution methodology. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed scheme, corrections of abrupt and gradual motion are presented.

We have also applied the algorithms to real microscopy images of HIV-1 particles and have compared the tracking results with ground truth obtained from manual tracking. It turns out that the probabilistic approach outperforms the deterministic schemes.

Neuroimaging: SPM als verteilte Komponente in Grid- und Cluster-Architekturent wurde eine Infrastruktur zur Parallelverarbeitung der Daten mittels SPM entwickelt, die außer Matlab keine weitere Software benötigt. Es konnte eine signifikante Reduktion der Auswertezeit entwickelt werden. Das Konzept ist skalierbar und erlaubt somit in Rechnerclustern eine weitere Reduktion der Auswertezeit.
