Studies in the History of Law and Justicecitly model all known interactions that affect the oscillator, producing a 32-dimensional ODE model. This model can produce results similar to those obtained in experiments, and we have begun attempts to fit experimental data to the model.

The Circadian Clock Gear in Cyanobacteria: Assembled by Evolution, and associated with large-scale changes in global environment. Further studies will help to fully reconstruct a scenario by which the circadian system of cyanobacteria evolved into a finely tuned regulatory mechanism.
