Cloning of the Gene for the Restriction Enzyme AbrI from Azospirillum Brasilense ATCC 29711, specific DNA- fragments of .. . 2971 1. Mutation in Azospirillum Brasilense,ty of physiological conditions always with negative results. Treatments with UV rays + Acriflavine and UV rays + 5-Bromouracil were negative as well. Ethyl methanesulfonate and Nitroseguanidine were the only mutagens tested which gave clearly positive results. On the base of these results the conclusion that . is an SOS. species is forwarded.
