Finite Quantification in Hierarchic Theorem Proving equi-satisfiable with the original formula. Unlike traditional finite model finders, it avoids exhaustive instantiation and, hence, is expected to scale better with the size of the domains. Our main results in this paper are a correctness proof and first experimental results.

Bifurcation from Infinity in Hilbert Spaces,im of complementing the model that describes the structure of industrial instances. We show that many industrial families of formulas are self-similar, with a small fractal dimension. We also show how this dimension is affected by the addition of learnt clauses during the execution of SAT solvers.

A Focused Sequent Calculus for Higher-Order Logicms best require higher-order unification more frequently than the average higher-order TPTP problem. Being strong at higher-order unification, the system may serve as a complement to other theorem provers in the field.
