Decision-Making in a Long Lesion: Full Metal Jacket or Spot Stenting?This is a case of a long and diffuse diseased and tortuous vessel in which FFR was evaluated before and after implantation of a short stent. FFR helped identify the most serious lesion to be treated, “downgrading” a planned full-metal jacket procedure to a simpler and safer spot stenting.
