In the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) Granda [560] obtained a water-soluble phospholipid containing apoprotein and showed two fractions in free-boundary electrophoresis. Nutritional Studies and Atherosclerosis,d vessels may give rise to thrombosis, myocardial infarction, and sudden death. Evidence is accumulating that at each stage nutritional factors may be involved and an attempt is made to summarize these in the following review.
