Access Roadsments. These are impacts that need to be identified, and, more importantly, managed for the duration of the construction works. This will be done by developing and implementing a traffic management plan as part of the ESMMP (see Chap. .). On the other hand, improvement of the road network can also be a benefit for the local population.
