Dialogical Leadership,tch between these two roles, depending on the context, sometimes in the leading role, sometimes following. Dialogical aspects in the relation can be defined from an internal perspective and from an external perspective. You can reflect in an internal dialogue with yourself or in an external dialogue with another person.
