影响因子Artificial neural networks are massively parallelinterconnected networks ofsimple elements which areintended to interact with the objects of the real world inthe same way as biological nervous systems do. Interestinthese networks is due to the opinion that they are able toperform tasks like image and speech recognition that haveonly been implemented inlimited ways by traditionalcomputing methods.This book includes invited lectures and the fullcontributions to the International Workshop onArtificialNeural Networks held in Granada, Spain, September17-19,1991. The workshop was sponsored by the IEEE ComputerSociety, the Spanish Association for Computing andAutomatics, and the University of Granada. The contributionswere selected by an international programcommittee; theauthors of the papers come from 12 countries. The book isorganized in six sections, covering: - Neural networktheories and neural models - Biological perspectives -Neural network architectures andalgorithms - Softwaredevelopments and tools - Hardware implementations -Applications.

https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-030-59793-1is to propose a new type of NN capable of quick minimization of quadratic forms. Since the fast optimization of quadratic forms is very much required in communication theory, one of the most promising applications of the new algorithm would be the optimal detection procedure of Gaussian and linearly distorted channels.

Always trying to write an equation for the brain,logical and logical calculus, a more general concurrent computation is permited. In this way, classical connectionisme (with the pass of numerical values) and symbolic computation (with the pass of messages and instructions) are integrated, and we can focus on the study of organizational principles more genuine of the neural tissue.
