Synthesis of Fault-Tolerant Biochipson-local biomarkers can be visualised, leading to an additional tool for biomarker discovery. Our approach using diffusion tensor images to predict UPDRS3 and Hoehn & Yahr scores for Parkinson’s disease patients, shows consistent and explainable results.
