IE for Lipschitzian Nonlinear Systems,ound that the maximum photovoltaic efficiency of two-dimensional siligraphene is comparable to that of monocrystalline silicon widely used in solar cell technology. These results indicate that two-dimensional nanomaterials are strong candidate for the future generation of photovoltaic solar cells.
