Introduction,In law schools, argumentation exercises [Adachi 84, Kitamura 95, Iida 06, Iwata 07, Fukuzawa 10] for acquiring argumentation skills and case studies [Nitta 97] for teaching precedents occupy a large weight, and legal education that integrates argumentation skills and precedent analysis is important.

Related Research,We would like to discuss the Socratic method, the case method, and the problem method as related research in argumentation education. We integrate these three methods in law school education rather than conducting them independently.
