Silke Müller-Hermann,Roland Becker-Lenzs is shown. For the selected 2–1–1 cascade topology, a system level optimisation is performed. Several circuit non-idealities are analysed to arrive at building block specifications. The design of the building blocks is treated. Measurement results of the 3.3 V 15-bit ΔΣ with a signal bandwidth of 1.1 MHz are discussed.

https://doi.org/10.1007/978-94-015-3393-5approach is taken to accomplish this — device physics to network modeling to device layout. Our hope is that the results within this paper will provide RF CMOS circuit designers with a better understanding of the noise properties of MOS devices as well as to help them design better low noise amplifiers and mixers.

Die "Heilige Ordnung" der MännerData on a 7th order programmable gm-C filter in 0.35µm CMOS with 160MHz maximum pole frequency are provided. Techniques to increase the bandwidth of gm-C filters in further scaled technologies, while preserving dynamic range and accuracy, are presented. GHz passive LC filters, based on master slave tuning, are introduced.
