Cloud Detection Using AVHRR Data,ially-cloudy and fully-cloudy pixels for cloud cover amount estimation. In this chapter we present the design of the algorithms included in the scheme, and also discuss validation of the derived products which has been performed in several case studies and shows reasonable results.
