John L. Lastovicka,Laurel Andersonoid those nodes that are used too often while routing. The definition of the lifetime and energy model is discussed as well. By conducting the simulation, it is proved that PACO outperforms other ACO routing algorithms, indicating that PACO is a promising routing algorithm for prolonging the lifetime of WSNs.

Vehicle Speed Estimation Based on Sensor Networks and Signal Correlation Measurement,thm based on active compensation is designed to reduce the time estimation error and enhance the vehicle speed estimation accuracy. Simulation and on-road experiment show that the method introduced in this paper has better performance and robustness than other approaches.

Human Tracking with Pyroelectric Sensors Based on Clutter Environment Modeling, values to update the target state in the location phase. The simulation results show that the error of our model is smaller than angular measurement error model, and our model can also be used in the high missing rate of inspection.
