Dosimetry of High Energy Photon Beams in Non Homogeneous Media general considerations on the variation of dose distribution with various parameters. In the present lecture I have chosen to deal with the problems encountered in the dosimetry of high energy photon beams in non homogeneous media, problems which have been too often underestimated.
