The Distribution of the Closed Orbits,(SDM), and mode-division multiplexing (MDM). In this work, we have proposed a modified-graded-index fiber profile that effectively supports four linearly-polarized (LP) modes with low bending loss and has a large mode area. This design claims to support mode multiplexed transmission in .-band.
