3 Nitrogen-15 NMR. Coupling constant,sults of the column percolation test using the samples with different curing time indicate that with a cement additive, curing the sample can reduce Cr(VI) concentration, but with MgO additive, there is no obvious effect of curing the sample.

This paper attempts to describe the nature of the assumptions that need to be made as well as the solutions that have been developed for acceptable protocols for engineering design.
