Ishmael Mensah,Kaitano Dube,Lazarus Chapungutract blood vessels from the fundus images and finally various Convolution Neural Networks techniques are used to detect blood vessel segmentation thereby informing whether a person has Proliferative DR or not and achieved the maximum specificity of 97.55%.

Ishmael Mensah,Kaitano Dube,Lazarus Chapungurocessing frame rates, object recognition details, and localization accuracy to suggest an appropriate algorithm. This paper also integrates the object detection algorithm to form an end-to-end system to supplement the Indian railways.
