The papers address a broad range of current topics in computational biology and bioinformatics featuring original research in computer science, mathematics and statistics as well as in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, medicine, microbiology and other life sciences.

,Das System der doppelten Buchführung,mes based on the similarity evaluation between pairs of genes. Computational experiments were made to validate this new functionality. With the use of this tool, we expect to enlarge the number of known operons in bacterial organisms.

The structural dynamics of organophosphorous hydrolase under the two confinement models are very distinct from each other. Comparisons of the present simulations show that only one model leads to an accurate depiction of the internal dynamics of the enzyme.

Ausgewählte Bereiche der Buchführungf 56.6%, measured by the F-Measure with corresponding Recall of 72.2% and Precision of 46.6%. This performance is higher than those reported by Darnel et al. [4] for the same data set, when compared through a t-test with a significance level of 5%.
