The Interstellar Medium and Its Components,a desired level of friendliness at the expense of inessential performance degradation. A series of simulations verifies that the proposed congestion control for mHIP meets the criteria of TCP-compatibility, TCP-equivalence and TCP-equal share, preserving friendliness to UDP and another mHIP traffic.

Sternaufbau und Sternentwicklungitude Differential Phase Shift Keying (ADPSK) modulation, when the attenuation varies significantly in function of the frequency. A performance comparison between the proposed algorithm and the Fischer-Huber algorithm is also discussed. Numerical simulations show that the proposed method can improve the average BER performance.
