On inductive synthesis of programs,w South Wales were abolitionist bills seriously debated. In the end, any abolitionist agitation needs to be understood as a minority voice. Due to their numerical dominance—both on the floor of colonial parliaments and in the public sphere—those in favour of capital punishment were ultimately the ones responsible for shaping its transformation.
