A Cost Function for QoS-Aware Routing in Multi-tier Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networksof the multimedia application in order to ensure a sufficient quality of service (Soft QoS). Furthermore, the cross-layer approach is needed to use the physical and MAC parameters on the routing operation. Simulation results show that our solution is efficient and gives better results than classical protocols.

A Robust Algorithm for the Membership Management of Super-Peer Overlay gossip, then the role of this node is identified and the corresponding operations are executed. Simulation results show that the GSPS is efficient in managing the super-peer overlay and robust to the failure of super-peers.
