Cascading Amplifier Stages, Selection of Poles,In a majority of cases the desired . product is not achievable with a single transistor amplifier stage. Therefore more stages must be connected in cascade. But to do it correctly we must find the answer to several questions:

System synthesis and integration,... and that can be true in both the mathematical and technological sense! Well, in math, at least as long as we are dealing with numbers greater than two; but in technology the goal might not be so straightforward and neither are the means of achieving it.

The number of books describing semiconductor amplifiers is enormous [e.g., Ref. 3.7, 3.12, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15], whilst books discussing wideband amplifiers in necessary depth are quite rare.

Book 2006circuit design. It starts from the basics of mathematical procedures and circuit analysis before moving on to the more advanced topics of system optimization and synthesis, along with the complete mathematical apparatus required. The authors have been at pains to make the material accessible by limiting the mathematics to the necessary minimum.
