Field-Split Iterative Solver Vs Direct One for Quasi-Static Biot Equationroach. In this study, we calculate the approximate amount of floating point operations needed for the suggested technique as well as a direct method. Despite the direct solver’s superior OMP scalability over the iterative one, numerical experiments show that the iterative technique quickly converges and is advantageous for big Biot problems.

GPU-Accelerated Matrix Exponent for Solving 1D Time-Dependent Schrödinger EquationTDSE, we use the real-space representation and the matrix exponent method that is quite computationally expensive but is free from usual symmetry-based simplifications. For this purpose, we make use of the very high performance of modern Nvidia V100/A100 GPUs and deploy our parallel multi-GPU matrix multiplication algorithm.

Simulation of Free-Surface Fluid Dynamics: Parallelization for GPUs conditions on a geometrically complex surface. The digital elevation model defines such a boundary surface using standard 3D geometric solid modeling techniques. Software Package USPARS for Large Sparse Systems of Linear Equations solving symmetric eigenvalue problems was developed based on the linear system solver.
