Wind Turbine Modeling,ogical overview are presented for both fixed and variable speed wind turbine generator systems. The details of drive train modeling of a fixed speed WTGS are discussed and a six-mass to two-mass conversion method is also presented. Finally, a comparative study is carried out among six-mass, three-mass, and two-mass drive train models.
