Concept of Spectroscopy,ached to the analyte target. “Spectroscopy” is a theoretical and practical means for the instrumental analysis, in which the qualitative and quantitative information are obtained from the dispersed energy and the intensity of a spectrum.

Principle of X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy,portant physical quantity is thebinding energy of electron for each electron orbital. Wavelengths of the characteristic X-ray are principally determined by the binding energy of orbitals peculiar to the analyte element, which is a principle of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.
