Temperature Sensors,ased on the respective sensor modeling, which is based on data sheet information, circuits for temperature displays are simulated. The temperature response of a Si propagation resistance sensor is estimated by calculation. Furthermore, a temperature-independent voltage reference of a bandgap source realized with 2 npn transistors is verified.
