Design of RFC Gravity Dam,fficient water impounding structure but also the determination of suitable appurtenant structures for the control and release of impounded water. Foundation investigations, loads and loading combinations, layouts and analyses are generally in line with those of CVC or RCC dams.

Filling Process of HSCC and Compactness of RFC,on zone (ITZ) between rocks and HSCC without vibration has an adverse impact, since compactness is crucial to the strength, durability and other essential properties of RFC. Therefore, a priori knowledge of what factors influence compactness provides meaningful insight into its behavior.

Quality Control and Instrumentation,h-quality dams. The starting point for inventing rock-filled concrete was to simplify concrete technology. Therefore, the detailed design and construction processes of RFC dams, as well as quality control measures, should be as simple as possible.
