,Hochdruckflüssigchromatographische Bestimmung von O-(,-Hydroxyethyl)-rutosiden in Humanserum,d on a XAD-2 microcolumn and the methanol eluate finally chromatographed on a reversed phase column, using a HPLC-system with UV detection. An almost linear calibration curve and about 80% recovery were obtained. The method has a detection limit of 1 mg/1 (UV 256 nm) and was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic studies in human volunteers.

,Der Einfluß von Venoruton® auf die Blutviskosität und venöse Rückstromgeschwindigkeit im Bein- und d samples of 7%, 8%, 10%, and 10% was measured for capillaries 2.5, 2.0,1.5, and 0.5 mm in diameter according to the capillary viscometer principle. Venoruton® can thus increase the speed of venous blood flow by reducing viscosity. The reasons can be seen in the changes in both the plasma and corpuscular components of the blood.
