Active Antenna Power Combining, Beam Control and 2-Dimensional Combiningle-elements. 3-dimensional arrays include the active grid and that of the array-type. 2-dimensional arrays use the hybrid dielectric slab beam waveguide as the transmission medium. Beam-control, including beam—scanning, beam—switching and retrodirective, will be discussed. In all these arrays, both amplifier and oscillator arrays will be presented.
