Molecular Dynamics Simulations of the Formation Processes of Zinc Oxide Nanoclusters in Oxygen Envired that the structure, shape, and size of the obtained particles directly depend on the cooling rate of the system. During the analysis it was found that created clusters mainly are formed in three structural phases – amorphous, hexagonal wurtzite, and cubic zincblende.

Modeling Problems of Spin Crossover Nanocrystals of these phenomena. Ising-like approach is a versatile way to describe analytically and numerically the properties of spin crossover materials despite the simplified consideration of intermolecular interaction.
