Optic Nerve Sheath Meningioma in the Setting of Neurofibromatosis Type II: A Boy with Painless Proptaging (MRI) of the brain and orbits with contrast demonstrated a large (30 mm × 19 mm) enhancing mass encasing the left optic nerve without intracranial extension (Fig. 16.2), and normal intracranial contents.
