Conclusion,The average and local structures of some elemental metals, alloys and dilute doped alloys have been analysed from X-ray data using versatile techniques like Rietveld method, MEM (maximum entropy method), multipole and PDF (pair distribution function). The materials studied in this research work are listed below.
