Albedo Perturbation Models: General Formalism and Applications to LAGEOSmputed for a simple orbital geometry and for different models of the Earth’s optical properties. A sensitive dependence is found on the assumed cloud distribution, with significant perturbations possibly arising from oceanic specular reflection when the satellite is close to the Earth’s shadow boundaries.

A Comparison between 2, and 3, Wavelet Analysis Method for Asteroid Family Dynamical Studyorresponding to the very dense Flora region and for “exotic” families such as filamentar ones. With the 2. method, satisfying results are obtained for the simulations which correspond to 70% of the real asteroid families previously found. The aim of this paper is to show quantitatively the improvement of the 3D method versus the 2D one.

On a Temporary Confinement of Chaotic Orbits of four Dimensional Symplectic Mapping: A Test on the Vxploding diffusion phenomena for temporarily confined chaotic orbits. The distribution of the time of explosion fits well with a Poisson law for the real mapping, but not for the synthetic one. However the mean time of explosion is essentially the same in both cases.

Long Period Variations of the Motion of a Satellite Due to Non-Resonant Tesseral Harmonics of a Gravles for some Earth’s geodetic satellites show that secular effects can reach a few decameters per year. The secular variations can even reach several hundred of meters per year for the Mars natural satellite Phobos.

Asteroid “Clans”: Super-Families or Multiple Events?rings connected each other by very narrow “bridges”. In the present paper we analyze their possible origin and evolution: a primordial single event followed by subsequent collisions of the fragments, a super-catastrophic original impact or different collisional events overlapping by chance.
